Rumor mill churned out this tidbit today...Food Bar, former 8th Avenue cute-boy booze parlor and so-so restaurant which has been shuttered for months...is becoming a Chipotle. Olé? Oh no. Took dates and out-of-towners there for centuries. Not no more...
